We ship all products from my small town, Madras, Or.
How do you ship items?
At this time all items are shipped using USPS First Class mail. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once you've checked out you'll receive an order confirmation. After your item has been dropped with the USPS you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you sell your beanie patterns?
Each of our beanies are original designs made by me. At this time, none of our beanie patterns are for sale.
There are a few beanie styles (Bobble, Alex, Dean) that are paid patterns designed by other makers, those designers will be named in product descriptions.
How often are new products or restocks available?
Most items will be restocked, if the item is something that will not be offered going forward the product description will state that.
New products and restocks happen often. The best ways to stay informed is by following our Facebook or Instagram where all announcements are shared. Follow: @shopwildandrye

CARE AND MATERIALS
How do I wash my crochet beanies?
Our faux fur poms are the more sensitive item. Take care to avoid getting pom when or applying heat. The synthetic fur will melt.
If your beanie has no pom, it is machine washable and able to be dried on low heat. This helps tighten stitches but is most wearing on the fibers.
Handwashing with luke warm and soapy water is recommended. Do not wring out. Lightly squeeze excess water from the hat. Lay flat to dry.
What size are your beanies and headwraps?
Each beanie and headwrap listing will have sizing information. Most beanies are one size fits most and fit an average adult head.
Extended sizes as well as child sizes will be available on occassion or by request.
My beanie is stretched out, what can I do?
For best care, after each use, squeeze your beanie at its base to regain its shape and to tighten back up its stitches.
